	Retreat April 17th - 19th 2009 Friday 5:00pm til Sunday 2:00pm $95.00 Leaven Center 7981 Peckins Rd., Lyons, MI 48851 Spots have filled quickly! Connect with Charmaine to soon to check on availability, 517-627-4547. 2009 Theme is Celebration. The weekend will likely be broken into segments..... Friday evening... celebrating friendships Sat Morning... Celebrating Body Awareness Sat Afternoon... Celebrating breath Sat night... Celebrating place Sunday... Celebrating new beginnings/peace understand this is all very fluid at the moment. HOMEWORK: Bring your story to retreat to share with others/or just place in the book for safe keeping. Write down a story about ourselves.....a moment that changed your life......something about your family history etc etc....choice is yours and we will place that in a book that I will encourage other members of the classes to join us in... Our history (her story?)...is being lost and we need to write it down now!! PACKING ITEMS: • Make a mental note : you will need to bring your own mug. and wineglasses. • Optional extra your own towel, pillow and duvet.......Their towels are the usual small barely ass-covering hotel specials and I sleep better with my own pillow and duvet. • Depending on the weather..... hiking boots are recomended and oh yes PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING TO SAVE THE ROADS AND THE PARKING.
